Our Workshops Center
Community. Trust. Perspective. Intention.
What to Expect
live workshops can range from hour long dips into the work to full day intensives. You'll feel connected to yourself and community afterward.
Our workshops are open to Global Majority Improvisors (Improvisors who identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color) and to Improvisors who identify as women or nonbinary. Expect complex conversation, perspectives and time with community.

Where To Find A Workshop

All Together Now at Know Other Fest!
MAY 8-11
Join us for three healing experiences: a live storytelling show (This Is (Y)our Story), water aerobics that moves healing through the body, and an improv workshop that turns learning into embodied play. Come integrate what you’ve learned—through movement, joy, and shared story.
All Together Now at The Hot Exhibit
MAY 18
Join us for a healing improv workshop designed for those moving through perimenopause and menopause. Through laughter, connection, and creative play, we’ll practice showing up fully, expressing our needs, and embracing change with confidence.
Below,
workshop creators,
Heyfa Limam and Shannon Stott,
discuss the importance of
bringing international perspectives
to the stage.
A Note Before You Journey With Us
There are two things Journeyers often say in our workshops:
-
‘I didn’t know I could do that.’
-
‘I’ve never thought of it that way.’
I love hearing this because it means healing has begun. It shows that you’re listening—whether to yourself or to others—in a new way. That’s all I want for us: to deepen how we connect, reflect, and grow together.
If you’re reading this, it means you’re ready to listen, be heard, and discover something new about yourself. I hope you’ll join us for a workshop and take the next step in your journey
